Bandung International Food & Hospitality Expo (BIFHEX) 2022, the seventh B2B exhibition showcasing the latest in food, beverage, bakery, Hotel, restaurant, and café industries, was held from June 8 to June 10, 2022 at the Sudirman Grand Ballroom in Bandung. The exhibition, one of the largest in West Java, featured a wide range of food and beverage products, as well as hospitality equipment for the Hotel, restaurant, and café industry.
On June 9, 2022, Health Today took part in the event by hosting a demo of our products. The goal was to introduce Health Today's products and provide education to F&B entrepreneurs, Health Today collaborated with KIN Dairy to present a ""Clarified Milk Trends for Expanding Business Opportunity"". The demo was conducted by Iqbal Adnan, the Food Service Division of KIN Dairy, and Panji Djayalaksana, the Beverage Specialist of Health Today.
During the demo, two Bandung specialties or traditional food, Serabi Bandung and Nagasari, were served. The unique Serabi Bandung drink was created using Health Today's Putu Powder, Pandan Syrup, Macchiato Cheese, and fresh Milk from KIN Dairy.
