The Indonesia Coffee Festival (ICF) is the first largest coffee industry exhibition in Indonesia organized by the Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI) in collaboration with PMO Kopi Nusantara at Jiexpo Kemayoran Jakarta from 5 to 7 May 2023. The exhibition that lasts for 3 days is hoped that this will be a platform for all parties to contribute, collaborate, share knowledge, and develop potential business in the Indonesian coffee industry.
Not only enlivened by various tenants who sell the needs of the coffee industry, the ICF exhibition is also enlivened by holding national scale competitions or championships, namely the Indonesia Barista Championship (IBC), Indonesia Brewers Cup (IBrC), and Indonesia Cup Tasters Championship (ICTC) 2023. In this ICF event, Health Today helped enliven it by presenting various business needs for restaurants, cafes, as well as for individual coffee lovers, ranging from coffee to other complementary beverage products such as syrup, fruit concentrate, fruit extract, powder drinks, drink toppings, and more.
Right on the second and third day of this event, Health Today also had the opportunity to collaborate with Beragam Kopi Indonesia, which is a brand from MAKA Group that is also the parent company of Toodz House, Tuku Coffee Shop, and Futago. Health Today together with Beragam Kopi Indonesia distributed free flow coffee lattes for visitors who came to the Health Today booth. This coffee latte menu is specially made using the Timun Mas coffee variant from Beragam Kopi as well as the classic syrup from Health Today. Timun Mas Coffee is made from Arabica Solok Full – Wash, Arabica Bali Natural so it has a medium to dark profile. This coffee variant is very suitable to be combined with our classic syrup variants such as classic caramel, classic hazelnut, and classic vanilla, producing a single coffee with a more delicious in taste and aroma.
