After a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Health Today made a comeback at the SIAL Interfood 2022, an international food and beverage exhibition that attracted over 750 culinary industry players. The event took place at the Jakarta International Expo in Kemayoran, Jakarta, from Wednesday, November 9, 2022 to Saturday, November 12, 2022.
On Friday, November 11, 2022, Health Today's booth hosted a special guest, Mr. Jacks, also known as Zikri Mubarak, the 2nd Runner Up of the Creative Beverage Competition at Aging Manual Brew Community 2022. Mr. Jacks took over the booth's menu and brought three special drinks:
(1) Zero Sparkling, a carbonated drink with a combination of Sunfield Muscat Ade and Honey Citron;
(2) Mr. grey, Earl grey tea with a mix of Mint Syrup and Honey Ginger; and
(3) Ms. grey, a blend of Pure Peppermint Tea and Lemon Grass Tea with Honey Citron.
With the delicious, refreshing, and unique flavors made them a hit among visitors.
Health Today didn't stop there; they also invited Roni Ramadhan, the Head Barista of Kopi Lojik, to take over the bar on the first day of the exhibition, Nurul Indraweti, a Mixologist from Kabuki, to take over on the second day, and Dhydha and Aldi from Sagaleh Kopi to take over on the final day.
